“Have you seen my dog?” Chilling words from a masked man before assaulting two elementary school girls in a park

A man is said to have attacked two young elementary schools after asking them if they saw his dog in the park
The two girls were girls who were approached by a stranger at the park on the corner of Macarthur and Little Clyde Ballarat streets, in Victoria, on Wednesday, March 17, police said.
The man asked the girls if they had seen his dog before attacking the girls.
Police have released camera footage (photo) of a man they want to talk to about the incident
Police have undertaken a significant investigation of the area as part of the investigation and have now located camera footage of a man they want to talk to in connection with the incident.
He is described as possibly in his twenties or thirties, with short brown hair.
At the time of the incident, he was wearing a gray and black hoodie.
Despite a number of investigations, the police have been unable to identify the man and are seeking public help to locate him.
Alternatively, they ask the man shown in the footage to come forward and contact the police himself.
Police have not received any reports of similar occurrences in the Ballarat area and for the moment it appears to be an isolated incident.
