Police have arrested a woman after a female prison officer was filmed having sex with an inmate in a cell at HMP Wandsworth prison.
The suspect is being held on suspicion of misconduct in public office after police arrested her yesterday.
It comes after footage emerged of a prison officer having sex with an inmate in his prison cell.
The woman in the video, who MailOnline revealed to be a swinger called Linda De Sousa Abreu, appears dressed in uniform during the explicit clip, which begins with her performing a sexual act on an unidentified prisoner at the Category A prison in the southwest From london.
The images, which MailOnline understands are recent, show her having sex with the prisoner while her cellmate records with a mobile phone. Images from the cell show a television and piles of clothes piled up on a bunk bed.
The woman is seen wearing a uniform during the explicit clip in which she appears to have sex with an unidentified prisoner at the Category A jail in south-west London.

The prison officer’s radio, left on a side table, crackles constantly and the voices of his colleagues on other channels can be heard above the din of the other prisoners on the landing, oblivious to what is happening in the cell.
At one point, someone appears to try to enter the cell, in which the man filming can be heard saying to the person on the other side of the door: “Give me a minute, a second.”
The prisoner filming tells his friend to continue and then turns the camera around momentarily and, smiling, says: “This is how we live in Wandsworth.”
He then tells his friend who is having sex: ‘You know you’re a gangster, right!’
MailOnline revealed on Friday that the woman in the video was De Sousa Abreu, who is believed to have recently quit her job as a prison officer at the south London jail following the scandal.
His sister, Andreina, told last night how she warned him not to mix his lifestyle with his work and said he was now “suffering the consequences”.
He said Linda and her husband Nathan were stars of Channel 4’s Open House: The Great Sex Experiment, in which couples pushed the boundaries of relationships on a luxury countryside getaway. It was shown last year.
De Sousa Abreu’s sister told tonight how she warned him not to mix his lifestyle with his work and said he was now “suffering the consequences”.
Her sister said Linda and her husband Nathan were stars of Channel 4’s Open House: The Great Sex Experiment.
Her sister said she found out Linda worked for the prison service earlier this year and said the couple had a sincere relationship.
And her brother, who is a personal trainer from London, told MailOnline tonight how he had to block his sister’s fans on his own social media following the racy show. Linda is also believed to have an explicit Onlyfans account.
Andreina said: “She’s a swinger. She was on a Channel Four show called Open House. I’ve never seen it. It’s not the kind of thing I’d watch with my little sister.”
“I’ve built a huge community on my own social media – I preach fitness and God – but when her fans found her, they found me and they were messaging me and I was blocking everyone because it’s not something I wanted to be associated with.”

‘All I can say is that I am a firm believer in God and that Linda gave herself over to a wrong lifestyle, 100 percent, and now, unfortunately, she is suffering the consequences, which have fallen on her husband, our parents and on me.
‘I have nothing bad to say about my sister except the fact that I was wary of the lifestyle she was leading and knew it would lead her down a very horrible path, which I warned her about.
‘As her older sister, the only fault I have is that I should have been more thorough, I should have been tougher, but again, everyone chooses their own path.
“I only found out that she was working for the prison service in January. That’s when I spoke to her and told her not to mix her life with work. Don’t be stupid, don’t do stupid things.”
Yesterday, Vanessa Frake, former head of security at Wormwood Scrubs, described the images as “shocking”.
She told MailOnline: ‘This is what is completely wrong with the prison service today!
“This woman is not only disgracing herself, but also the uniform and the Penitentiary Service.”
A Prison Service spokesman said on Friday: “Corruption of staff is not tolerated and the former prison officer who allegedly appears in this video has been reported to the police.”
“It would be inappropriate to comment further while they investigate.”
The Metropolitan Police said: “We have been made aware of a video allegedly filmed inside HMP Wandsworth.
“The police are carrying out an investigation. At this initial stage there have been no arrests. We are in close contact with the Ministry of Justice.”
Ian Acheson, a former prison governor, said the images raised serious security concerns.
“If these images are authentic, and I have been assured that they are, the problems facing a likely new Labor administration go far beyond overcrowding,” he told MailOnline.
