Olivia Munn was seen for the first time since revealing her breast cancer diagnosis last week while out with partner John Mulaney over the weekend.
The 43-year-old actress revealed she was diagnosed with cancer last year and underwent a double mastectomy in a devastating Instagram post last week.
Munn held the hand of Mulaney, 41, with whom she shares son Malcolm, two, as they headed to a friend’s house in West Hollywood.
The star wore a white blouse, blue jeans and black boots as she walked with her boyfriend, with her locks sleek and straight.
Mulaney wore a black top and brown jeans as he carried flowers during the outing.

The 43-year-old actress revealed she was diagnosed with cancer last year and underwent a double mastectomy in a devastating Instagram post last week.
In her post, Munn revealed that she was diagnosed with breast cancer last year and has undergone four surgeries in the past 10 months.
In her post announcing her diagnosis, Munn wrote: “In February 2023, in an effort to be more proactive about my health, I took a genetic test that looks for 90 cancer genes. I tested negative for all, including BRCA (the most well-known breast cancer gene).
“My sister Sara had also just tested negative. We called each other and congratulated each other on the phone. That same winter, I also had a negative mammogram.
“Two months later, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.”
She continued: “In the last ten months I’ve had four surgeries, so many days in bed I can’t even count and I’ve learned more about cancer, cancer treatment and hormones that I could never have imagined.
“Surprisingly, I only cried twice. I guess I didn’t feel like it was time to cry. My focus narrowed and I conjured up my emotions that I felt were interfering with my ability to remain lucid.
“I tend to let people see me when I have energy, when I can get dressed and get out of the house, when I can take my little boy to the park. I kept the diagnosis, the worry, the recovery, the painkillers and the paper coats confidential.
“I needed to catch my breath and get through some of the harder parts before sharing.”

The couple looked at each other closely as they chatted before getting into a car together.
Olivia then praised her obstetrician-gynecologist for deciding to calculate her breast cancer risk assessment score, adding, “The fact that she did it saved my life.”
‘Dr. Aliabadi looked at factors such as my age, my family history of breast cancer, and the fact that I had my first child after the age of 30. She found that my lifetime risk was 37%.
“Because of that score, I was sent to have an MRI, which led to an ultrasound, which then led to a biopsy. The biopsy showed that I had Luminal B cancer in both breasts. Luminal B is an aggressive, fast-growing cancer.
“30 days after this biopsy, I had a double mastectomy. One day I felt perfectly fine and the next day I woke up in a hospital bed after a 10-hour surgery.
Olivia, who attended the 2024 Oscars this weekend alongside John, added: “I’m lucky. We caught him with enough time for me to have a choice. I want the same for any woman who might have to deal with this one day.
She then urged her followers to ask their doctors to calculate their breast cancer risk assessment score and to insist that women keep up with their annual mammograms and breast MRIs.

Olivia praised her obstetrician-gynecologist for deciding to calculate her breast cancer risk assessment score, adding: “The fact that she did it saved my life.”
Olivia revealed she also had a double mastectomy, adding: “I went from feeling perfectly healthy one day to waking up in a hospital bed after a 10-hour operation the next.”
She shared the health update in a statement released Wednesday

“I am so grateful to my friends and family for loving me through all of this. I am very grateful to John for the nights he spent researching the meaning of each operation and medication, and the side effects and recovery I could expect.
“For being there before every surgery and for being there when I woke up, always placing framed pictures of our little boy Malcolm so he’s the first thing I see when I open my eyes,” the star wrote .
Olivia concluded: “Thank you to friends who have had breast cancer and friends who connected me with friends who have had breast cancer for guiding me through some of my most uncertain months and the most overwhelming.
“I am extremely grateful to the nurses, patient coordinators and staff at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles and Saint John’s in Santa Monica. I would like to specifically thank my surgical oncologist, Dr. Armando Giuliano, my reconstructive surgeon, Dr. Jay Orringer, my oncologist, Dr. Monica Mita and especially my guardian angel, Dr. Thais Aliabadi.
Olivia wrote in her caption: “I hope that by sharing this it helps others find comfort, inspiration and support in their own journey.”
Mulaney penned a sweet message to his other half after sharing the surprising health update.
Mulaney commented on a post his girlfriend made announcing his diagnosis on Wednesday.

The comedian said he and their son “loved” Munn, thanking her for “fighting so hard” to be with them.
“Thank you for fighting so hard to be there for us. Malc and I love you,” he commented, accompanied by a red heart emoji.
Mulaney, who was previously married to Anna Marie Tendler, has been in a relationship with Munn since 2021.
