Ivanka Trump has fueled further speculation about plastic surgery following a series of recent photos on social media.
Plastic surgeons told DailyMail.com the former first daughter looked almost “too perfect” in the photos shared on Instagram.
The 42-year-old has never admitted to having any cosmetic enhancements, but that hasn’t stopped rumours from swirling over the years.
Chicago-based plastic surgeon Dr. Benjamin Caughlin highlighted a Mirror selfie Ivanka shared this month from Paris showing her in a matching lilac ensemble with a pouty expression.
Her chin and jawline look more defined than ever, probably with the help of Fillingsaccording to Dr. Caughlin.
Ivanka Trump posted a series of glamorous photos from Paris. Cosmetic surgeons said her flawless complexion was likely due to a combination of rhinoplasty, laser treatments and fillers.
Ivanka’s profile is slim, which surgeons say suggests she has undergone at least one rhinoplasty and a chin implant.

Dr Caughlin said: ‘Volume in the right places can really make a difference.
‘You can widen the mandible laterally. You can also lengthen it posteriorly. You can lengthen the body of the mandible and the body of the mandible a little bit.
“It can have a really slimming effect, especially on women.”
In another image posted in July, Ivanka showed off her toned profile while wearing a yellow dress.
In it she shows her ski slope nose.
Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr. Darrick Antell said: “The tip of her nose appears more projected and refined, but this could have been achieved with a non-surgical rhinoplasty with filler. She probably had it done to add balance to the rest of her features.”
Experts have suggested that Ivanka has had rhinoplasty, commonly known as a nose job, possibly more than once, to slim down her profile.
Dr. Joel Kopelman, a facial plastic surgeon based in New York City, said: ‘In some cases, achieving a very refined nasal shape, such as the “ski slope” appearance, may require more than one procedure.
‘Initial rhinoplasty might address structural issues or the overall size of the nose, while a secondary (revision) rhinoplasty might be performed to further refine the tip or adjust the nasal bridge.’
Ivanka’s chin has also been the subject of public scrutiny since her November 2023 appearance at her father’s fraud trial in New York City.
While her 2020 chin was smaller and looked more hidden in her face, her 2023 and 2024 chin is more pronounced.
To augment the chin, doctors cut the skin around the chin bone and stretch it to create a pocket where they can insert an implant, making the chin longer and more pronounced.
Meanwhile, Dr Kopelman told DailyMail.com that her jaw appears wider in certain photos dating back to the spring.
‘I would speculate that she may have received Botox for the masseter… which is normally used to slim the face, but can cause a temporary widening effect while the muscle tightens.’
Masseter Botox is injected into the masseter muscles located at the back of the jaw on both sides of the face.
By reducing the size of these muscles and restricting their movement, this type of injection can create a slimmer, more contoured jawline.
In addition to well-placed cheek fillers, surgeons said they also added filler to her jawline to give her a more chiseled appearance.
“Another possibility is the use of chin or jaw implants, which can improve the structure of the lower face and give it that more angular appearance,” Dr. Kopelman added.
“I see patients asking me for this more frequently now to achieve a more defined and contoured jawline.”
Dr. Antell added, “They also added significant volume to her chin and enhanced her lips with filler.”
According to Dr. Caughlin, the power of a well-placed filler (an injected substance that adds volume to the face to smooth wrinkles and contour certain features) cannot be overstated.
In addition to making a person look younger, filler can also reduce signs of fatigue, plump up the cheeks and reshape the lips.
DailyMail.com has reached out to Ivanka’s team for comment.
Dr. Steven Fallek, a New York plastic surgeon and medical advisor for Maskad Skincare, added that her cheeks appear fuller than before in her Paris photos, which is especially noticeable on the sides of her face toward the outer edges.
Cosmetic surgeons have told DailyMail.com that the changes Ivanka has undergone since she was a teenager (pictured here with her younger sister Tiffany) are too marked to be attributed to good lighting and masterful photo editing.
Dr. Kopelman added: Looking at the example (her last post), I would say she probably received cheek fillers.
“Her cheeks appear fuller than in previous photos, and this fuller appearance is often the result of well-placed fillers. It’s a subtle way to refresh the face without surgery, and it’s something I frequently recommend to patients looking to enhance their natural structure.”
And Dr. Caughlin said, “Does it look like she’s had more filler in her cheeks? I think that would be a good example, too. Probably the upper outer part of her cheeks. A lot of people do really well with a little bit of volume in that area. It’s the perfect peak and valley.”
A combination of Botox, laser treatments and masterful photo editing probably also played a major role in achieving her perfect complexion.
Dr. Caughlin said, “His frozen face? One hundred percent neurotoxin.
‘Now, that’s actually the goal: to stop movement and prevent wrinkles. But if you go overboard, you’re getting into unnatural territory. It looks great on TV, but in person? I’m sure it’s a little awkward when you’re trying to express yourself.’
Meanwhile, laser treatments are proven and appreciated ways to improve skin color and texture without going under the knife.
Plastic surgeons projected that she likely underwent one of two different types of laser treatment: fractional laser or IPL.
Fractional lasers penetrate the skin and create damage there, which initiates the body’s natural healing process that improves texture and wrinkles.
IPL targets skin pigmentation, including sun and age spots, and stimulates collagen production to reduce fine lines.
Dr. Kopelman said that in the latest photos, “her perfect skin is likely a combination of Botox, laser, and possibly a little photo editing to achieve a more polished look. I often see my patients use all three together to create that perfect finish.”
