The A-list star, 57, appears to be aging in reverse, with many fans on social media thinking it was due to the “facelifts” she may have received ahead of the premiere of the divisive Netflix show.

‘Nicole looks stunning and absolutely at a new peak of beauty,’ says Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar he told DailyMail.com.
“While it’s impossible to know what could or could not have been done, I can say that patients who desire this kind of classic, timeless aging can do some things to help,” Dr. Dugar said.

The A-list star appears to be aging in reverse, and many fans on social media thought it was due to “tweaks” she may have received before the premiere.
“Nicole looks stunning and is at a new peak in her beauty,” Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr Deepak Dugar told DailyMail.com.
“Having a good Dysport regimen, especially for the neck region, is helpful in keeping the platysmal band of the neck under control as we age,” said Dr. Dugar, referencing the injection treatment that treats wrinkles, similar to Botox. While Botox is the brand name, the neurotoxin is injected to relax muscles and reduce wrinkles and fine lines.
Dr. Dugar also said that having a good morning and night skincare routine is incredibly important, especially “incorporating salicylic acids, ceramides, cholesterols, retinols and fatty acids.”
“Skin tightening lasers are magical and should be thought of like abdominal exercises: the more you do them, the more toned you will become,” Dr. Dugar continued.
‘A clean, healthy diet and avoiding rapid weight gain or loss’ is another way the Moulin Rouge actress stays radiant.
Dr. Dugan also explained that maintaining the same weight also helps keep skin smooth over time.
New York City Facial Plastic Surgeon Dr. Sam Rizk The Big Little Lies star told DailyMail.com that her youthful appearance “is likely the result of a combination of ultrasound skin lifting treatments, such as Sofwave, and surgical procedures such as a deep vertical facelift with hidden incisions, as well as upper and lower blepharoplasty,” which is a procedure that improves the appearance of the eyelids.
Dr. Rizk explained that many patients age 40 and older seek similar treatments to achieve a firmer jawline.
“To look less tired, they often focus on eye rejuvenation,” Dr. Rizk added. The procedures appear to be working, as Dr. Rizk said many patients come in and bring reference photos of the Australian actress.

“She does not appear to be ‘overly burdened’ with dermal injections that often lead to an expanded or enlarged face, known as ‘filler face,'” Dr. Davis continued.
‘This often happens as layers and layers of hyaluronic acid filler are placed into the face, creating increased water attraction which causes puffiness in the cheeks and nasolabial folds.’
“I have a hunch that she has had some well-done facial surgery at some point in the last five years to correct the neck bands, lift her jowls and elevate her cheeks, as she appears to be quite youthful looking for her chronological age,” Dr. Davis divulged.
Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon Dr. Gabriel Chiuwho is married to Christine Chiu of the hit Netflix show Bling Empire, agrees that “she appears to have had a face and neck lift, with very good results.”
Dr. Chiu suspects it was “a deep face and neck lift, with a lateral brow or temporal lift and perhaps fat transfer or filler to the cheek area to enhance the cheekbones.”
Cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Mariano Busso, in Beverly Hills, California, and Miami, Florida, praised Nicole for having “very little photoaging despite her fair complexion.”

Dr. Busso also said, “Although there are no observable signs of facial surgery such as scarring or ear deformity, it is most likely that a facelift was performed.
‘Her very defined jawline, no double chin, and the lack of sagging skin on her neck are telltale signs of this procedure.’
Dr. Busso believes her youthful complexion is due to the fillers, as her face appears a little rounder, which is a sign.
“Her perfect forehead and the position of her eyebrows appear to be the result of Botox treatments,” Dr. Busso added, calling it “a very good job” in “maintaining her youthful features.”
