Pip Edwards has shared the personal care items she never goes without.

The founder of PE Nation shared the idea with the website Beautify, listing products worth over $690 that give you peace of mind.

The 44-year-old always keeps Aveda’s Chakra 3 Balancing Pure-Fume Mist on hand to “rebalance her chakras” with a quick spray if she needs an energy shift.

Pip also swears by music, saying it’s “really powerful in bringing you back into your own space.”

She turns on Spotify’s radio feature to listen to a mix of her favorite songs, with a one-year subscription costing about $168.

Pip also always has a tube of Elizabeth Arden Eight-Hour Cream, $33, a classic skin protectant, which she says she applies all over her face to rehydrate, as she finds she’s “always dehydrated.”

The socialite is wearing a bottle of Tom Ford’s Ombre Leather perfume, $250, a heady unisex fragrance.

“I’m very sensorial and when I put this on, I know it’s my scent and I feel like me,” she said.

Pip is wearing a $70 MAC Strobe Cream because she loves being “illuminated and highlighted, just to brighten up the day.”

The blonde has Gentle Habits incense burning in her office 24/7 and uses the brand’s amber-colored glass vessel incense holder.

She showed off two boxes of the brand’s incense, including the Byron Bay scent, valued at $45 each, and said she loves it because she would always rather be in Byron.

The designer says she also burns sage sticks when she needs to cleanse her space of negative energy, valued at about $12 each.

“It’s because I’m so intuitively open that I don’t need to mind other people’s business,” she said of how to ward off bad vibes, even after business meetings.

In a previous chat, Pip revealed the must-have items she carries every day.

Her $5,500 Burberry Knight bag is packed with items she uses to keep herself looking and hydrated, she tells us. Pop sugar.

The PE Nation designer carries a tube of Hydralyte effervescent tablets, which cost about $12.99 a pack, that replenish electrolytes.

But he admits he has a strange habit with pills: eating them instead of dissolving them in water as suggested.

“I’m obsessed with eating it like candy. It’s like a Wizz Fizz,” Pip added, referring to the powdered sorbet.

She again mentioned a tube of Elizabeth Arden Eight-Hour Cream that she uses because she “loves to look radiant.”

“It’s like old school. I’ve been wearing this style since I was twenty,” she explained.

Pip also carries a $25 KMS moisturizing hair spray for her hair, which she says is “tortured” by bleaching and graying.
