Chloe Doven shared snaps of her and the striker spending quality time together on Instagram, as the couple have been in a relationship for two years.
The first photo shows Jesse topless on an idyllic beach during a romantic walk.
Doven, a model who now lives in Sydney with her soccer star boyfriend, captioned the post: “Pictures that give me serotonin.”
Hogan, who used to play for the Fremantle Dockers, commented on the post with a love heart and a happy emoji.

Doven confirmed to PerthNow that they have been quietly dating for more than two years.
Hogan, 29, first went public with his girlfriend in February 2022, sharing a photo of his Western Australian partner on a beach.
They recently took a romantic getaway trip to Bangalow, New South Wales, and Doven shared a photo of her boyfriend relaxing shirtless in a hammock while drinking wine.
Hogan left the Dockers in 2021 for the Giants and enjoyed one of his best seasons last year.
He was originally drafted by the Melbourne Demons 12 years ago and was the club’s top scorer on two occasions.
Doven moved to Sydney with Hogan and works at Peaches, a popular Pilates studio on the east coast.
