Piers Morgan commends Wills and Kate for taking on the tasks that Harry and Meghan have ‘left’

Piers Morgan has praised Prince William and his wife Kate for stepping up the gap that Meghan and Harry left in the aftermath of Megxit.

Morgan appeared on Tuesday in The Talk, where he told the panel that the Duchess of Cambridge had appeared on a podcast to discuss her morning sickness, a sign of the royal couple “performing.”

The editor-in-chief of Daily Mail and the former CNN host said it was important for the future king and his wife to help the 93-year-old queen after Harry and Meghan “left” their royal role.

He added: “What’s interesting about this is that Kate Middleton does not normally do podcasts or interviews.

“So what you see is Meghan and Harry quitting Britain, quitting the Royals, they don’t want to do it anymore, they want to talk to banks and become celebrities. That’s fine. But they have left work, duty, now for the other royals.

“So William and Kate stepped in. And I think they really merged. ”

The Duchess of Cambridge gave an unprecedented insight into her personal life during the podcast organized by Giovanna Fletcher, revealing that she is constantly guilty of juggling motherhood and work.

In an extraordinary interview – one of the most intimate ever given by a senior Royal – she shared her fears and doubts about parenthood, including fighting ‘mummy debt’ and worrying about failing her parenthood with George, Charlotte and Louis.

Piers said Tuesday: “I think there is a real sense of warmth in Great Britain towards them now to fulfill the duty that Meghan and Harry have left.

“And I think that people in particular feel for the queen. She is 93. Her husband, Phillip, is 98. He has been very ill, he has been in the hospital and they really feel that she is under enormous pressure.

“And I think Kate and William are all grateful for them, when the pressure is exerted, they go ahead and they do the work that needs to be done. And I really greet them. “

The panel, which included Sharon Osbourne, Marie Osmond, NeNe Leakes, Sheryl Underwood and Carrie Ann Inaba, listened while Piers explained how Prince Charles would become king.

He explained: “It’s a job for life. They believe in the natural order of things. So they believe that if you try to interfere and all kinds of problems arise.

“The Queen Mother was 101. The Queen is 93. I suspect she will live to 100. And when she dies, it goes to Charles when he’s alive, of course.

“The royal family believes that you must keep it natural and the natural order.

“So there is a real problem about the future of the British monarchy. I love the royal family. The Megxit thing has been a big blow to the monarchy and much of it will depend on William and Kate and I wish them all the best and I fully support it. “

Morgan also praised panelist Sharon Osbourne’s new hair.

She first appeared on the show after exchanging her iconic deep red locks for natural white hair.

Morgan started telling his segment by Sharon: “I mean, talk about silver fox. Wow. Wow. I absolutely love it. I love it.

‘The Daily Mail website told me that you got her more clicks yesterday, apparently on almost everything on that website. Your hair is big news. ”

Sharon is the wife of Black Sabbath front man Ozzy Osbourne, who recently revealed that he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2003.

She spoke about Ozzy’s diagnosis in the show and explained his decision to cancel concerts and the support of fans.
