Pierce Brosnan cut a quintessentially brave figure on Thursday as he took his family to Malibu in black pants and a suede navy jacket.
Arriving for dinner at beachfront hotspot Nobu, the 007 star, 67, was joined by his 57-year-old wife Keely Shaye and their son Dylan, 24, who also looked sharp in a brown suede jacket.
Pierce placed a protective hand on his wife’s back as they sauntered in and also showed cameras a peace sign followed by a “hang off” gesture.

Keeley looked glamorous in a floral dress paired with open-toed sandals and kept the California sun at bay behind chic sunglasses.
Model Dylan combined his jacket with jeans and opted for comfort in white sneakers.
The family was also joined by a stylishly dressed blond woman, who wore a leather jacket along with a black skirt and sauntered beside Dylan.

They were on the island last month, but seem to have been back on the mainland for a while.
The star bought a house on the Hawaiian island of Kauai in 2002.
Shortly after moving permanently to the tropical state, the doting father put his Malibu beachfront villa, inspired by Tomorrow Never Dies, on the market for $100 million.
In September, it was reported that the 007 star would make a tidy profit from the sale after creating the estate by combining two separate plots of land that he bought for just $5.1 million and $2.25 million in 2000.
Pierce told the Wall Street Journal that when he realized “Die Another Day” was a hit, he turned to his wife, filmmaker Keely, and told her, “Go build your dream home. And she did.”
Built in 2010, the house has so many solar panels that the new owner can heat the house, outdoor pool and guest cabana while still feeding electricity back into the local grid.
The house is exceptionally eco-friendly and all water is recycled on site in a purpose-built factory, along with a waste disposal system, custom energy-saving lighting and a solar-powered compost heap.
When their dream home was first built, the couple were determined that it would set a new standard in eco-friendliness.
