The Jamaican-American performer had a No. 1 hit with “Beautiful Girls” in 2007 and collaborated with Justin Bieber on the song “Eenie Meenie.”

The rapper was already on two years’ probation for trafficking in stolen goods.

Turner pleaded guilty to one count of bank fraud in 2006 and served nearly two years in prison.

The two are still involved in civil lawsuits filed by several companies, including an entertainment systems company that claims Kingston failed to pay $120,000 of a $150,000 bill for a 232-inch television that was installed in the Florida mansion.

The company claimed that Kingston told them that he and Justin Bieber would film commercials for them if they gave him a low down payment and credit.

The commercial was never made, the company claims.
