A brother and sister were charged with three people after a police officer was reportedly attacked and broke his nose during a fight at a beach cafe.
The agent, 21, suffered face injuries after attempting to fight among teenagers at the Coogee Bay Hotel on the eastern outskirts of Sydney on Saturday night.
Justyn Desnica, from Hillsdale, has now been accused of maltreatment of police, assault and possession of cocaine.

His younger sister Hayley Desnica from Clontarf in Queensland has been accused of destruction.
It was believed that the two brothers and sisters celebrated Mrs. Desnica's 20th birthday in the bar on Coogee Bay Road, The Daily Telegraph reported.
A man from Queensland who was also in the pub that night, Bryce Lockett, 21, was also accused of treason.
He was taken into custody after being treated at the Prince of Wales Hospital for a shoulder injury.
The agent attempted to end a fight between patrons in a Coogee, on the eastern outskirts of Sydney, on Saturday at 9 p.m. when he sustained facial wounds
The officer was taken to the Prince of Wales Hospital to treat his broken nose.
They would appear on Parramatta Bail Court all three Sundays.
They have all been released on bail.
Reportedly the police were called because the staff were worried about the behavior of a number of teenagers
