A Briton celebrating his birthday in Magaluf has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after allegedly stabbing a British partner six times.
Andrew Charles Fries, 29, was handcuffed by Spanish police around 2 am on Sunday after a fight at Hotel TRH in Magaluf.
Robert Watson, 31, was taken to the hospital with stab wounds to his back, buttocks and abdomen after the fight and is now in serious condition.

The Civil Guard said that four people have been arrested and are being held at the nearby Calvia police station.
The defendants are likely to make their first appearance in court on Tuesday.
