Sharon Osbourne showcased her dramatic weight loss while shopping in Mayfair, London, on Wednesday.
The mother-of-three, 70, revealed in June that she had lost more than two stone after taking controversial weight loss jabs.
She looked effortlessly chic in a black blazer with gold details, teamed with matching trousers and heels.
Sharon hid her eyes behind dark sunglasses as she accessorized with a stylish handbag and scarf.
The TV personality was joined by daughter Aimee, who looked typically stylish in a black pinstripe blazer and neon green scarf.

It comes after Sharon shocked viewers when she showed off her drastic weight loss in a recent interview on Wednesday.
The star looked completely different as she appeared on Talk TV’s Piers Morgan Uncensored alongside her husband Ozzy, 74, and her children Kelly, 38, and Jack, 37.
The 70-year-old’s face highlighted her visible weight loss as she admitted: ‘I didn’t want to get that skinny.’
In June, Sharon revealed she had lost more than two stone after using controversial weight loss jabs.
The star explained that she had taken the weight loss drug Ozempic to achieve her new figure.
Sharon lost the weight over four months after using the jabs, but admitted she felt nauseous every day and insisted it was not a ‘quick fix’.
In conversation with E! News she said: ‘In my life the heaviest I was was 230 pounds and I’m now under a hundred. And I want to stay around 105 because I’m too skinny. But I try to find a healthy balance.’
Sharon has since stopped using the drug and she told Piers: ‘It’s just time to stop, I didn’t really want to get so skinny but it just happened.
“I’ll probably put it all back on soon!”

The Daily Star quotes Sharon as saying: ‘There isn’t a single part of my body that I haven’t had twisted, lifted, lengthened, whatever’
During a discussion about the controversial injections on The Talk in June, Sharon shared her first-hand experience with the drugs, after it was announced that WeGovy’s launch in Britain had been put on hold.
‘It’s a mental problem. It really is, unless kids grow up in a household where they live on chips and pies,” she said.
‘But I took (the injection). I did it for four months and I lost 30 pounds, but as with anything, there is always no quick recipe.
‘I was very ill for a few months. The first few months I just felt nauseous. Every day I felt nauseous, my stomach was upset, whatever.
“But listen, I did it for four months, I lost 30 pounds. I just popped two chips in my mouth during break, and I’m eating normally now, and I haven’t gained a pound. Nothing.’
In the interview, Sharon also addressed Russell Brand’s sexual abuse scandal.

Following a Channel 4 investigation on Saturday, Russell was subjected to claims from a number of women who accused him of abusive and predatory behavior including rape, sexual assault and emotional abuse, which he has vehemently denied.
Sharon spoke about the recent revival of Russell’s historic feud with Rod Stewart and Bob Geldof over his relationships with their daughters – with Sharon’s comments about Rod in light of her friendship with his daughter Kimberley.
She said: ‘The only thing I can say about Russell Brand is the two things I don’t like, when he talked about… one of them is a very good friend of ours, Kimberley Stewart, about what he had done against Kimberley Stewart for (Rod)…
‘And then he did the same thing to Sir Bob Geldof… You just don’t do that with people’s families when that father is in the room. He’s done it twice now and that’s what sticks with me.’
