Phil Foden’s son Ronnie has gained over two million Instagram followers in his first two days on the social media platform after rising to fame during Man City’s treble celebrations.
Pep Guardiola’s side achieved the historic feat earlier this month after beating Inter Milan in the Champions League final following their Premier League and FA Cup triumphs.
As City celebrated the Champions League trophy, Ronnie was brought onto the pitch by his father to join in the fun as the pair posed for photos with Phil’s partner Rebecca Cooke.
Ronnie didn’t stop there as he was also seen snapping photos with goalscoring sensation Erling Haaland on the pitch and in the dressing room.
He was then on his father’s shoulders when the City stars serenaded their winner by singing ‘Rodri’s On Fire’ to the tune of Gala’s 90s hit ‘Freed From Desire’.

In the first two days, Ronnie has already racked up 2.1 million followers, despite only posting two posts so far.
They are both from that famous night in Istanbul, one of them being carried through the tunnel on his father’s shoulders, and the other having their photo taken with Phil and the city’s icon, Sergio Aguero.
Ronnie still has a ways to go to catch his dad, who has 8.6 million followers, but he’s well on his way to achieving it and has been dubbed ‘El Wey’ – ‘The Dude’ after becoming an online sensation. line.
