Tony Finau's wife Alayna addressed the LIV Golf rumors with a TikTok video on Monday

Alayna Finau acknowledged the LIV rumors circulating about her husband, PGA Tour star Tony Finau.

Rumors started swirling after the six-time PGA Tour winner withdrew from the Hero World Challenge in the Bahamas this week. Finau’s close friend, Jon Rahm, joined the Saudi-backed league last year in a deal worth a reported $350 million.

On Monday, Alyana shared that they made the headlines with a TikTok video recording while enjoying some down time by a pool.

Alayna says: ‘My life is complicated enough, the last thing I need is more drama’, before a report about Finau and LIV appears at the end, with the voice-over ‘Hello drama.’ Then a screenshot of a news article about said rumors flashed on the screen.

“I see my day in the life in our own corner about hurray,” she captioned it, adding the hashtags “Finau Fresh,” “golf,” “golf TikTok,” “PGA Tour” and “LIV Golf.”

As rumors spread, fans took to the comments section to show their support for Finau.

“I’m a Tony fan, no matter where he plays the guy is always so relaxed,” one TikTok user commented.

‘There is absolutely nothing wrong with a man supporting his family as best he can. I’ll be watching Tony wherever he plays,” another added.

The speculation then started on Sunday The mirror reported that Rahms Legion XIII team ‘will introduce a new member in 2025 following the demotion of Kieran Vincent.’

They noted that there are “several stars” on his wish list, with Finau’s name thrown into the hat.

“Rumors are swirling that Rahm’s top choice to fill the vacancy is his close friend Tony Finau, who reportedly previously turned down an offer to join (LIV),” The Mirror wrote.

In addition to Rahm, LIV presents stars such as Bryson DeChambeau, Brooks Koepka and Phil Mickelson.

Finau is ranked 26th in the world after finishing third at the US Open and competing in September’s Presidents Cup, which the United States won.
