Katie Price has revealed she was raped in a park when she was just seven as she opened up about her traumatic past.

The former glamor model, 45, has detailed her ordeal in a candid new interview on How to Fail by Elizabeth Day podcast, and revealed that her first boyfriend violently abused her before being cheated on by another.

Katie, who revealed that she was diagnosed with severe ADHD, also shared that after she and her family were detained at gunpoint in South Africa in 2018, her daughter Princess, 16, is still receiving therapy.

The star previously said the carjacking brought her to a breaking point, suffering a mental breakdown in 2018 and a failed suicide attempt in which she “fainted and had black eyes,” after which she sought treatment for the post-traumatic stress disorder.

Speaking about the trauma she suffered during her childhood, Katie told Elizabeth: “I was raped in a park when I was seven and then almost kidnapped.

“Then I worked with a photographer, the police knocked on the door and he drugged the girls with milkshakes, but I never took it.

“One day he said to me, ‘I want you to be naked in a wet white shirt,’ and I said ‘no’ and then ‘yes,’ so my start with men was not good.

“My first boyfriend beat me up, the next one ripped my clothes and I had to call my mother naked from a phone booth, and then the next one cheated on me.

‘So none of them were healthy and you become insecure and needy, that becomes toxic. If men hadn’t been in my life, I wouldn’t be broke, mentally abused, etc. It has to do with men.

“I don’t know if that’s why I do modeling because it’s like you can see me but you can’t touch me.”

Katie added: ‘Rape never bothered me until I did Piers Morgan Life Stories and I felt ashamed. I cried because I never thought about it but it obviously bothered me.

“My mother had a cup of tea in the cafe and I remember the police coming and looking at my panties, and I remember the man clearly as day.”

Katie also reflected on her turbulent romantic history, which includes three marriages and a series of failed relationships.

The former glamor model also shared that after she and her family were detained at gunpoint in South Africa in 2018, her daughter Princess, 16, is still receiving therapy.

Speaking about the trauma she suffered during her childhood, Katie told Elizabeth: “I was raped in a park when I was seven and then I was almost kidnapped.”

She said: “I’m tired of relationships. I’d like to say Pete and I were real, but it was all through TV and magazines.”

‘The others weren’t real, they were just rebounds because I wanted family life. I’ve never had a one night stand.

Katie reflected on the terrifying moment she and her family were detained at gunpoint in South Africa in 2018.

The mother of five was thrown from the vehicle by the attackers while traveling from Johannesburg to Swaziland in two minivans with the production team.

The vehicles were looted of laptops, iPads, passports, cash and jewellery, but the thieves left behind a fortune in photographic equipment that the crew had stored on board. The attackers were never arrested.

She said: ‘Junior, Princess, myself and the film crew. They pointed guns at us and the guy touched me inappropriately with the kids in the back seat.

“The princess has had to go to therapy and now she doesn’t like going out at night.”

Katie also shared that she was diagnosed with “severe ADHD” and told Elizabeth, “I make bad decisions and I make bad decisions, and I really am innocent and gullible.”

“And then there’s that side of me where I have to do something and we’ve resolved in my brain that I’m out there and there’s really nothing I love more than being home.”

During the interview, Katie also advised young women to stay away from plastic surgery altogether, claiming that it is “harmful.”

She said there is “nothing worse” than girls in their 20s getting filler, but insisted she is not a “hypocrite” as she didn’t have anything done to her face until she was in her 40s.

“There’s nothing worse than when these young women now, and I’ll say this, in their 20s, get fillers, lips and breasts,” she said.

“I’m not a hypocrite, but I didn’t start putting makeup on my face until I was 40.”

She added: ‘Yes, I had a breast job, but I didn’t even have fillers. I didn’t have Botox until I was 27/28.’

Katie admitted she tried injecting her lips, but it was before the technique was perfected, so she “looked like a duck.”

During the interview, Katie also advised young women to stay away from plastic surgery altogether, claiming that it is “harmful.”

The queen of plastic surgery, who is said to have performed more than 17 breast augmentations, complained that all young women today “look the same” because of her concern about lip and face fillers.

She said: “All the girls look the same now and I think, ‘What will they look like when they’re my age?’

Katie, mother of Harvey, 21, Junior, 18, and Princess, 16, said her obsession with having surgery has discouraged her children from getting anything done.

“They’re so used to it that I think I’ve put them off for life,” he said.
