Pete Davidson’s former Brooklyn bachelor pad has hit the rental market for a whopping $30,000 a month.
The SNL comedian, 29, moved into the penthouse of a $1.2 million Staten Island apartment in February 2022, and the now-rented property in Brooklyn Heights boasts a private rooftop terrace and a whopping 4,500-square-foot space. square feet.
Perched atop a four-story building on Old Fulton Street, the property also features four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a private garden and garage, and a 1,500-square-foot roof terrace.
The house, listed by Compass agents Carl Gambino and Justin Montero, also boasts sweeping views of New York City.

His previous excavation on Staten Island was a Two-bedroom high-rise residence with expansive views of New York Harbor and the famous Manhattan skyline, where the ex Kim Kardashian was seen sneaking out during their seaside romance.
They first met in October when she was hosting SNL, with Pete and Kim regularly flying in to be next to each other on romantic dates.
Pete bought the sprawling 1,500-square-foot corner unit in a high-rise overlooking the Manhattan skyline in December 2020, but he admitted that the commute into the city left little to be desired.

This comes after Davidson was driving his Mercedes through the Flats neighborhood of Beverley Hills around 11 p.m. Saturday night at “high speed” when he lost control of the car and crashed into a family’s home, all while his Chase’s girlfriend Sui Wonders was in the vehicle.
The owner said Davidson’s Mercedes struck his home just outside his living room and that the impact of the crash was so severe that a window was dislodged from the frame.
He said his 16-year-old daughter was “a bit” traumatized by the accident, but was not physically injured and was able to meet the celebrity afterwards. The owner added that he would not sue Davidson for the damage to her home.
Davidson was driving his Mercedes when he lost control of the car and it jumped off the sidewalk and hit a fire hydrant before it crashed into the house. Police say drugs and alcohol were not a factor in the accident.

Davidson and Sui Wonders met while working as love interests in the horror/comedy film ‘Bodies Bodies Bodies’ in 2021.
