A personal trainer who works closely with Kayla Itsines in her Sweat app has shared her daily meals – and the snacks that give her energy – to show how easy it is to be healthy.

Kelsey Wells, 29, invented the “PWR” weightlifting fitness guide to help poor people get their best body with 45-minute training sessions a day, and it’s now featured on Itsines’ lucrative app.

Kelsey, based in Utah, is a proponent of clean living, but not only feeds her body with superfood brews, but instead opts for easily accessible products that her 2.7 million fans can easily find in their own homes.

‘After my training, it’s time to rehydrate and refuel my body. Normally I will have a protein shake right after my training to help with muscle growth and recovery, “she said.

Often the lunch contains leftovers from the night before or a kind of salad with added proteins, whether it is chicken or fish.

The afternoon is spent working on the Sweat app, taking meetings, planning products and answering emails.

‘I have a few snacks that I always have at hand, such as; homemade protein balls, cheese sticks, raw-cut vegetables with hummus or fresh-cut fruit with almond butter, “she said.

She likes crock-pot meals for dinner; a chili con carne in winter or a shredded chicken with vegetables when it is warmer.
