When the officers arrived, they did observe two dead male victims with possible gunshot wounds. We investigate. We try to get witnesses. We are trying to gather some evidence we can find to find out what happened in this situation, ”said Christian Lata, an information officer for the Hollywood Police Department.

Further investigation revealed that there was also a third victim on the scene with a gunshot wound. That victim was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital in serious but stable condition. Investigators from the Hollywood Police Department of Homicide are currently investigating the incident. We will receive that information as soon as more information becomes available.

“I think once we talk to the third victim and get some information, we might be able to come to a conclusion,” Lata said.

Fenstersheib’s law firm held a press conference at the attorney’s office in Hallandale Beach on Wednesday afternoon, revealing that Fenstersheib’s son was struggling with mental illness.

Scott Mager, a spokesman for the family, said the lawyer was shot and killed by his son, who is struggling with mental health issues and addiction, who then turned the gun on himself.

“Michael lost that battle today,” he said. “He shot both Robert and his old girlfriend Hong Pen and then committed suicide with the gun.”

“ He was just an incredible person, an amazing person, an incredible father, an amazing leader, just a phenomenal person, ” Mager told WSVN. “If you hadn’t had the chance to meet him, you really missed a special and unique individual.”

Fenstersheib was well known in the South Florida community and was often featured on television in his commercials known for their catchy jingle encouraging people to “tell Robert everything.”

“One thing he really took care of was letting his clients know he was there for them,” said Alexandra Arguello, who worked as a legal assistant for Fenstersheib.

‘I feel for his children. I feel for his employees, his friends. It’s just something you never think will happen to someone you know. ‘
