Pepper, Chrissy Teigen’s mother, dedicates a new cookbook to stillborn grandson Jack
Her daughter Chrissy Teigen has two successful Cravings cookbooks to her name.
And now model’s mom Vilailuck, affectionately known as Pepper, is getting into the act.
The Pepper Thai Cookbook: Family Recipes from Everyone’s Favorite Thai Mom will be published April 13, and on Monday Pepper revealed that she dedicated the book to her stillborn grandson Jack.

Jack died in September after Chrissy, 35, suffered a 20-week pregnancy loss.
Pepper also spoke about the loss in October and shared a video of her saying goodbye to Jack in the hospital.

Chrissy and John had revealed the loss of their third child in early October when they shared a series of heartbreaking photos from the hospital.
Doctors had diagnosed the TV personality with a partial placental abruption – in which the placenta separates from the uterine wall, blocking or restricting the baby’s airflow.
Her body could no longer tolerate the pregnancy, and despite “ bags and bags of transfusion, ” doctors were unable to stop the bleeding.
