Pedri plans to stay in the Spanish football team Barcelona for several years to come, but he has not ruled out moving to play in the English Premier League.
The 20-year-old has been a revelation since breaking into the Barcelona first team, becoming a regular for the La Liga leaders.
Pedri won the FIFA Young Player of the Year award in Europe in 2021, and quickly reserved his seat in the Spanish national team.
Pedri has a contract with Barcelona until 2026 and has no intention of leaving now, but indicated that he may play outside Barcelona at a later time in his career.
When asked about the possibility of playing in England, Marca newspaper quoted his statements, in which he said: At this moment, no. I am in Barcelona and I hope to stay here for more years.
He added: I love La Liga, but you should never rule anything out.
Pedri will miss the two matches of the Spanish national team in the Euro 2024 qualifiers against Norway and Scotland due to a hamstring injury, but he is looking forward to the new era with the national team under the leadership of Luis de la Fuente.
Playing under de la Fuente in the under-21 team at the Tokyo Olympics, Pedri believes the new Spain coach will be successful.
Pedri said: He is a person who seizes the opportunity, loves to work on the things that he believes in, and I think we will do well.
He added: All the coaches who train the Spanish national team try to rely on the way they own the ball and play, especially because of the style of the players we have, and I think this will not change much.
