Paulo Dybala mocked Matteo Guendouzi by showing him his shin guard during a moody Rome derby on Saturday night.
Roma striker Dybala and Lazio midfielder Guendouzi clashed several times in the second half of Roma’s 1-0 victory over Lazio.
The couple stood to attention and grabbed each by the neck before They were separated by the referee.
As the referee issued a warning to the pair, Argentine star Dybala was seen bending down to remove his shin guard before waving it in the direction of Frenchman Guendouzi.
On it was a photo of Argentina winning the World Cup, with a view to further goading the former Gunners star.

Dybala came on as a substitute in extra time and scored a penalty in Argentina’s shootout victory, while Guendouzi was with the France team in Qatar.
Lazio winger Pedro was also involved and received a yellow card for pushing and angrily shouting at Leandro Paredes.
The tension continued after the final whistle, and one image shows Dybala celebrating in front of Guendouzi, who then pushed Paredes again.
Former Roma captain Daniele De Rossi won his first capital derby as manager to end his team’s poor run in the Derby della Capitale.
Roma had not won or scored in the derby since a victory in March 2022. Three defeats and a draw followed, including a Coppa Italia defeat in January that effectively cost coach José Mourinho his job.
Lazio had an even newer coach after Igor Tudor took over last month.

Roma, ranked fifth, was two points behind Bologna and nine above Lazio, in seventh position.
