Pogba mentioned the pair as part of a fan Q&A that will be out on Sunday United Review match day schedule, when Manchester United host Liverpool.

‘My strongest opponent on the field? To be fair, it’s tough against N’Golo Kante, ”the 28-year-old admitted.
Casemiro [of Real Madrid] also … he is also a difficult one. I can’t remember them all; they are the first that come to mind that I had.
‘Yes, those are the first. There may be a few more players, but I don’t have the names right now. ‘
Kante and Pogba played side by side in central midfield when France won the World Cup in Russia three years ago, but the Chelsea star got Pogba in trouble when he played against him.
In the 2016/17 season, Pogba scored for the first time since returning to United after a stint with Juventus, scoring Kante’s last goal in a 4-0 beating at Stamford Bridge. He also scored the winner in a FA Cup quarter final against the Red Devils just a few months later.

Meanwhile, Madrid star Casemiro scored against United in the 2017 Super Cup, which the Spaniards won 2-1.
Not surprisingly, Pogba cited the Manchester Derby in Etihad in the 17/18 season as his best performance for the club, the Frenchman scoring twice as United came back from 2-0 to win the match 3-2 thanks to a winner from Chris Smalling. .
‘I would say because it is a reminder of the game, the 3-2 against Manchester City, because I scored two.
‘We won in the end, but if City won the match, they would be champions against us. We avoided that, so I would say this one. ‘
