Chance Hogan was seen rocking a rare Crocodile Dundee-inspired look on Friday while wandering through Sydney airport following a brief visit to Australia.

The son of Paul Hogan, who made it big in the 80s as the character Mick Dundee, came out to support his famous father’s screening of the classic film.

And it looks like the 27-year-old took some fashion tips from the movie Outback Adventure, which was recently re-edited for a more modern audience.

Chance turned heads when he stepped out in public in a stacked hat ensemble, sporting a wide straw hat with a leather strap placed on top.

He secured the largest accessory to his head with the lamb attached to it, but balanced the leather cap precariously on it.

The leather hat looked almost identical to the black Akubra hat his father wore as Crocodile Dundee in the ’80s.

Chance went for a more ’00s vibe when putting together the rest of his outfit, slipping a rage against the machine T-shirt and skinny gray jeans.

She topped it off with an acid-wash jean jacket and black pickups with drawstring cords as she pushed her bright purple suitcase through the airport.

Preparing for a long flight home to the United States, Chance stopped just outside to enjoy a cigarette before checking his luggage and boarding his flight.

Chance appeared to be wearing the same outfit she wore to the Crocodile Dundee: Encore screening at the Royal Botanic Gardens on Thursday night.

He stepped out with his father Paul, 85, in a rare appearance to celebrate the rerun of the cult classic, which premiered at the Operair cinema.

Chance avoided the red carpet at the star-studded event, but was seen enjoying some drinks on the grounds while interacting with local wildlife.

He was seen chatting eagerly at Australia’s iconic container chickens, also known as White Ibis.

Notorious for stealing food from unsuspecting passersby, Chance protected his snacks from the cheeky bird and gave it a smile when it wouldn’t leave him alone.

Chance, who has made headlines for his erratic behavior in recent years, began a rather lively conversation with the trashed chicken.

Paul’s visit back to his home country of Australia comes after expressing a desire to move back under the downward gyre of Venice Beach.

The Los Angeles neighborhood has seen crime rates and an increase in homelessness in recent years.

In October 2022, Paul confessed that he was homesick and said that the only thing stopping him from returning under the time was his youngest son..

Describing Chance as American, not Australian, he told Sydney’s Daily Telegraph newspaper: “The only family (Chance has) is me.”

Chance has made headlines for his erratic behavior in recent years, but Paul recently dismissed widespread fears for his son.

In November, disturbing photos emerged of him buying beer and shuffling through the alleys of Venice Beach, before sparking concern with his bizarre online videos.

However, when dailymail.com caught up with Paul while he was running errands in Los Angeles last month, the father of six said there was nothing to worry about.

When asked if he was worried about the chance, Paul casually shook his head and smiled before replying: ‘Nah.’

‘No. It’s a lot of made up things and a lot of him (Chance) on purpose,’ he added.

The film legend, originally from Sydney, left his home country behind after the success of the 1986 action thriller Crocodile Dundee.

He moved to settle with his second wife, Linda Kozlowski, in Los Angeles in the ’90s.

When asked if he would like to return to his Australian homeland, he said: ‘Oh yes. One of these days.

Then he added, referring to his son: “If he will come.”

Chance is Paul’s only child with his ex-wife and former co-star Linda, 67, and has been living in Los Angeles since his parents’ divorce in 2014 after 24 years of marriage.

Sparks flew between Paul and Linda on set in the Australian outback, while the Australian was still married to his wife Noelene Edwards.

The couple married in 1990 and welcomed Chance eight years after divorcing in 2014.

Paul and his first wife, Noelene, married in 1958, but separated and divorced in 1981. They share five children: Brett, Clay, Scott, Todd and Lauren.
