Travis Kelce has always considered himself a stylish person, but his Kansas City Chiefs teammate has revealed how Taylor Swift has made a major change to his look.
Kelce began dating Swift last year — the pair confirmed their relationship when she appeared at a Chiefs game last September in his suite, alongside her mother Donna.
Now, as the Chiefs prepare to try to win an unprecedented third straight Super Bowl, quarterback Mahomes revealed how he thinks Swift might have sparked another change in Kelce’s appearance.
As part of a broader response about his team in an interview with NFL Radio, Mahomes said: “You’ve got the old man (Kelce). I’ve been trying to get him to grow his hair out and all of a sudden Taylor does it.”
Kelce has been sporting slightly longer hair around Chiefs camp as they prepare for the start of the new season, as well as a mustache.

Kelce sported longer hair and a mustache at the Chiefs’ recent training camp.
Kelce, 34, used to play with much shorter hair for the Kansas City Chiefs.
Swifties were quick to applaud Mahomes’ comment on social media. The clip in question was shared on X, with one Swift fan saying, “I love it.”oo i would do it ‘Do whatever Taylor asks of you.’
Another fan responded saying: “Pat is so weird! That has nothing to do with what they were saying but he is giving the people what they want.”
The Chiefs kick off their new season on September 5 with a big opener against the Baltimore Ravens at Arrowhead Stadium.
No team has ever pulled off a three-peat before in NFL history, meaning Mahomes and Kelce have a big opportunity ahead of them.
“It’s not like we’ve talked about it openly, but after the Super Bowl (this year in Las Vegas) you could see that we were saying we had to go and do it,” Mahomes added.
“But since we came back, it’s just football. I mean, we know what the process is: the day-to-day process of getting better.

“This is the toughest week for us, coming back to St. Joseph (the practice field) after that first preseason game. We saw some very combative guys today. The guys want to be great and I think that’s the best thing about it.”
Mahomes was even caught on camera breaking up a minor fight between a couple of Chiefs players on Tuesday.
Mahomes joked that Kelce was “the old man” given that he is one of the oldest players on the team at 34 years old.
Kelce signed a new two-year deal with the Chiefs in the offseason, worth around $17 million per year to remain in Kansas City for what will almost certainly be the rest of his career.
