The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback is making sure to distance himself from Combs, whose mansions in Los Angeles and Miami were raided earlier this week in connection with the sex trafficking investigation and multiple lawsuits.

Both posts he deleted on X (formerly Twitter) were initially shared in 2014 and were completely innocent at the time, and one of them was not directly related to Diddy.

In that message, Mahomes wished former user @Pat_Day_25, apparently one of his friends, a happy birthday while referring to him as ‘P Diddy,’ the stage name Combs used between 2001 and 2004.
