After her death, Pastor Miller of Myrtle Beach surprised his Solid Rock congregation at Market Common Church in South Carolina when he announced that his wife had died and that her death had been “self-induced.”

Instead, he described her as a “great stepmother and an amazing wife and partner,” and described her as his biggest cheerleader.

Kenn Young, Mica’s friend, is among those seeking answers about what happened.

In an interview with ABC15Mica’s husband reiterated that his wife had taken her life.

“She had struggled with suicide before,” he said. ‘Each time we helped her get over it and took her to the doctor, we got through it and everything was fine.

‘He even gave some testimonies here in the church that we have on video. She struggled with suicide, but God took care of her and helped her through it.’

He added that she was “probably the best wife anyone could ask for” and described the nights they spent talking to each other for hours.
