As is tradition, the medal table is organized according to the number of gold medals won by each team. At Tokyo 2020, China led the list of Paralympic Games with 96 golds, followed by Great Britain with 41 and the United States with 37. If there is a tie in the Olympic medal table, the bronze and silver medals will be taken into account.

ParalympicsGB will be hoping for a similar result in Paris to that of the postponed Tokyo Games, where it won 124 medals (UK Sport has set a target of between 100 and 140 medals).

ParalympicsGB has never been outside the top five of the medal table since the inaugural Games in Rome in 1960, and has been in the top three nations since Sydney 2000.

Here is the medal table with the top 10 nations, which will be updated at the end of each day.
