Pamela’s iconic long blonde locks were parted down the middle and fluttered in the breeze in voluminous waves.
She covered her face, which appeared to have minimal makeup, with an adorable set of black cat-eye sunglasses.
Despite being an instantly recognizable character, she chose to go out on her own while stocking up on supplies.
On the previous Monday, Pamela had been seen enjoying the sun and surfing in St. Barth’s. Her son was Dylan, however, she also seemed to have some company from a mysterious, rugged man.
The news is back in focus after the Hulu mini-series Pam & Tommy focuses on a traumatic period in her life when a sex tape she made with ex-husband Tommy Lee was released to the world without their knowledge or consent.
The series starred Lily James as Pam and Sebastian Stan as Tommy, Seth Rogen played a disgruntled worker who stole their locker containing the footage, while Parks And Recreations’ Nick Offerman and Orange Is The New Black’s Taylor Schilling also had major roles. .
But Pam didn’t approve of the series rehashing those bad days, feeling the focus on the sex tape was particularly bad for her because she claimed she never made a dime out of it.
While chatting with her and Tommy’s son Brandon Lee, 26, at the New York City screening of the new Netflix documentary Pamela, Love Story in February, she said people refused to believe she could never be compensated for the tape despite her popularity.
“I don’t think anyone would want to believe that,” she said. IndieWire. “Plus, we just let her go.”
According to the actress, she and Tommy decided it was best for her mental and physical health to forgo fair compensation.

After depositions and all this madness—and I was pregnant with Dylan—we didn’t want to put too much pressure on the baby. Tommy and I just said, “Fuck them, Karma, whatever,” we just let it go. We really tried to leave it in the past.
So we didn’t go on a press tour talking about the money we didn’t get. This was just dirty money. We didn’t want him. “And we ended up doing just fine,” she said.
Pam’s claim that she did not receive any payment is surprising, considering that she and Tommy have won several lawsuits over the sex tape.
However, the distributor may never have paid even though he ordered the couple to be paid, as he went out of business.
The tape was stolen in 1995 by Rand Gauthier, an electrician who did work on the couple’s home. After Tommy refuses to pay him for the work he has done, he steals a huge safe from their garage.
Only after he had a chance to go through the contents did he learn that the footage from the sex tape had been locked in the safe.
The tape was later acquired by Seth Warshavsky, who initially broadcast the video online, before attempting to strike a distribution agreement with Pamela and Tommy.
The couple eventually signed an agreement to reduce their pressure from the lawsuits, but the agreement—which Pam thought would limit distribution to the Internet—ended up being much broader than she thought.

In signing the agreement, Warsawski licensed the video to a video company to print physical copies for sale in adult stores.
Sales of the tape reportedly netted hundreds of millions of dollars, but none of that money was making its way to Pam and Tommy.
according to Entertainment WeeklyThe couple then sued for physical distribution copyright. Since they made the tape together—not just starred in it—they were deemed the copyright holders.
The couple was eventually awarded $740,000 each in a judgment against Warsawski, but was reportedly never paid to either of them.
