Paige DeSorbo’s growing career may have played a role in her split from fellow Bravo star Craig Conover, according to Andy Cohen.

Talking about their breakup on his SiriusXM show Radio AndyCohen claimed that DeSorbo had been absent from some of Conover’s recent events.

Among them was a premiere party for Conover’s show Southern Charm, which was held in DeSorbo’s hometown of New York.

“They’re both in the midst of an incredible amount of success,” Cohen said.

Cohen noted that Conover has its Sewing Down South stores along with a restaurant that just opened, while DeSorbo’s Giggly Squad podcast has become wildly popular.

“She’s absolutely killing it, killing it,” he gushed about DeSorbo, who has been on a sold-out live podcast tour with co-host Hannah Berner since June.

“But I was at the Southern Charm premiere party and she wasn’t there, at her house in New York,” Cohen recalled.

“There have been some events where she’s not, you know, very busy,” he continued.

“I just think the more and more that starts to happen, you know, you worry that it’s going to cause tension.”

The reality TV couple first met in the Hamptons while filming Bravo’s Summer House and later forged a deeper bond on the spinoff series Winter House.

Their chemistry had fans buzzing for months before they finally confirmed their romance on Instagram in October 2021, ending speculation.

“Craig and I have decided to no longer be together,” DeSorbo revealed during last week’s episode of his Giggly Squad podcast.

Fighting back tears, the reality star admitted that speaking publicly about the breakup felt “strange,” but made it clear that she only has positive feelings for Conover.

‘I love it. I think he loves me. “I think we’ll stay friends,” he said, adding: “Nobody did anything. It wasn’t bad at all.’

She went on to describe her decision as mature, saying, “I think we were both being very mature and saying what we wanted and what we didn’t want.”

“And I think it’s extremely powerful to be able to express how you feel in real time and what you want for your future.”

Paige remained tight-lipped about the exact reasons behind her breakup with Craig, but described the last few years as “very transformative,” noting that both she and Conover had experienced significant growth and changes during their time together.

While she didn’t specify when they officially ended their relationship, the couple appeared to still be on good terms last month when they celebrated Thanksgiving at her parents’ home in upstate New York.

“He’s definitely the best boyfriend I’ve ever had. I can really say that,” DeSorbo shared, reflecting on their time together.

“He was a great boyfriend, he did everything right and he never made me feel insecure or anything, so it’s almost harder when no one has done anything to be mad about, and that’s hard.”

The shocking announcement came just weeks after Craig, 35, shared with People that he had stopped drinking, motivated by a desire to “become more of a husband and father” to the Summer House alum.

‘We are playing for the long term. “It would be easy to look for instant gratification, but the foundation we’re building is for us to one day die together, not just for it to be fun,” Craig said on Dec. 5, talking about their relationship.

Confident about his future at the time, he added: “We know that one day we will get married and when that happens it will be a lot of fun, but whenever that is, who knows?”

Looking ahead, Craig also reflected on his plans for family life.

‘We probably have a couple of years left until we start having kids, and then we’ll have to figure it out,’ she said, adding with a laugh: ‘But now I’ve really taken on this normal role of being a happy wife, happy life.’

He also reflected on his long-distance relationship, emphasizing his commitment to making it work.

“Finding your person is the hard part,” she said, adding that they plan to work out the logistics later, with the goal of staying home with their future children as much as possible.
