Paddy McGuinness fought back tears as he revealed his daughter scratched his £110,000 BMW with a twig on Saturday.
The comedian, 51, shared a photo of the damage which showed a cat stamped on the bonnet of his car.
While it appeared his daughter drew the image through the frost, Paddy confirmed that his youngest daughter, Felicity, damaged the painting.
She captioned her post: “My youngest daughter has lovingly etched a cat’s face on the hood of my car.
‘Ceramic coatings and PPF are no match for an 8 year old with a twig!’
Paddy’s fans were stunned and took to his comments to share their similar horror stories and shed light on the situation, with some writing: ‘No, I thought it was made in ice, but you’re not so lucky!’

Christine split from the former Take Me Out host in 2021 after just over a decade of marriage.
They recently spent Christmas Day together for the sake of their children and said their Christmas experience was “as normal as possible” as they will always put young people first.
Christine explained to OK magazine about co-parenting: “We have an agenda in the kitchen between Patrick, the kids and I, with the dates of any events we have.”
‘We put it there and try not to crash into each other. The same goes for family members who come to visit us.’

The model, 36, sat down with OK! Magazine and lifted the lid on what’s going on in her romantic life while setting the record straight about her relationship status.
Christine previously admitted the children don’t know their parents have split up and has now said she doesn’t want to ‘bother’ them at Christmas.
she said Woman’s own: ‘The last thing we want to do is upset our children over Christmas, so we’ll make sure we’re all together.
It will be quiet. We always try to keep it quiet, because children can get quite overwhelmed with the changes. “So we try to make it like a normal day but with gifts.”
In October, Christine opened up about how she “delayed dating” someone after her marriage broke up in 2022.
Christine was “in no hurry” to start dating again and said she is a “completely different” person when she is around someone she trusts.
she said Nearest Magazine: ‘I think I put off dating for a long time because of worries.
“I wasn’t in any rush, but then it happened: I met someone on my birthday, we got along really well, we stayed in touch and then we started dating.” I’m completely different when I feel comfortable with someone.
“I thought the ‘walking on eggshells’ feeling was part of my autism, but I don’t have it anymore.”
Christine’s comments come after she revealed she had been dating a mystery couple since June after meeting them on her birthday.

Christine and Paddy, who have maintained a strong relationship and still live together with their children, avoided a lengthy court battle.
Before opening up about leaving her ex-husband, Christine revealed the moment she met her new special someone and said she is “calmer than ever.”
She began: ‘I met them on my birthday through mutual friends and we’ve been dating since June. It’s someone I know. I wasn’t thinking about anything at the time, but we kept in touch and it’s very nice and relaxed.’
The TV personality added: “There are no labels and that’s what’s been amazing.” Paddy hasn’t met them. It’s still new and in its infancy.
“Having been in a public relationship for so long, I’m not sure I want the relationship to be public. I’ve only known what it was like to be in a public relationship. This is nice.
“I’ve been very open and honest from the beginning about where I’m at and they’re okay with that.”
‘I feel like I’m in good company. I don’t have much time to myself, but when I do it’s lovely and we laugh a lot.’
