Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love has doubts about returning to Sunday’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars with a groin issue.

Love fell after throwing the ball in the third quarter and was left lying on his back as trainers ran onto the field to tend to him.

The Jaguars’ Travon Walker also appeared to collide with Love from behind after he fumbled the ball.

But Love had been struggling before that collision and appeared to pinch his groin on the first drive of the game.

He started favoring his left leg after an incomplete pass. He ended up in the medical tent and had his upper leg bandaged when he returned.

The Packers sent backup QB Malik Willis in place of Love when he finally came off the field early in the second half.

The organization then announced that he was struggling with a groin issue. Love completed 14 of 22 passes for 196 yards and one interception before leaving the game.

“Obviously, (we have) a high level of concern,” Packers coach Matt LaFleur told reporters about Love’s condition after the game.

“I think everyone could see him struggling to move. There came a point where neither we nor he felt like we could protect ourselves.”

Willis replaced Love for two games earlier this season after he suffered a sprained knee in the season opener against the Philadelphia Eagles.
