Panic when a fire breaks out on a cruise ship forcing hundreds of passengers to leave their rooms in the middle of the night

Thousands of cruise ship passengers have been evacuated from their rooms after a fire broke out aboard a ship.
The fire was discovered on the balcony of the Pacific Adventure cruise ship, which was stationed off the coast of NSW, at around 3:30 am on Sunday.
“This fire activated our emergency response procedures, which included a full complement of guests and crew, and we thank everyone on board for their cooperation,” the spokesman said.
It was quickly extinguished by the crew aboard the ship.
There are no reports of injuries.

The ship is on a three-day cruise in and out of Sydney.
It will return to Sydney on Tuesday.
