He wore a pair of matching pants paired with a white button-down shirt, a black bow tie, and a plain pocket square.

He continued: ‘Corduroy shorts. I mean, it’s a vibe. It’s the best vibe. It’s like a Tom Selleck vibe. It’s like the surfer vibe of the ’70s. I prefer that.’
Adding: ‘It’s like show time. Lakers: Would you rather see them in shorts and Magic Johnson looking like a basketball player and athlete, instead of wearing some sort of capri on the court? No. Then, I’ll wear shorts.

In a statement shared with the outlet, he said Poolman’s story was inspired by his “feelings of being painfully awkward growing up.”
“I tried to reimagine my experience with as much imagination, joy and compassion as I could,” she explained.
Of his main character, he said he wanted to “give Darren a journey where he could be a hero because of his sensitivity, not despite it.”
