Owning Manhattan star Jade Shenker revealed that she still has her co-star Chloe Tucker Caine blocked on TikTok because fellow agent Serhant used to troll her on the social media platform.
The aggressive commercial real estate strategist, 28, is seen taking on the broker in the new Netflix series following Ryan Serhant and his army of elite agents.
Although Jade and Chloe appeared to be close at the start of the eight-episode series, the pair quickly come to grips with how Chloe behaved after Jade opened up about the secret breakdown of her marriage to ex-husband Matt Denham.
Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, Jade revealed that their issues began long before the cameras started rolling, explaining: “There were things that happened before we started filming and I didn’t feel like Chloe was a good friend.
“So many things happened off camera that’s why I still have her blocked on my TikTok.”

The socialite further explained: ‘She was trolling my TikTok. I don’t know why… If I speak honestly, I think she went into competitive mode. And instead of being willing to talk about it, she just got nasty, which is why I blocked her.
“She still has 1,000 other accounts, so she probably still sees my stuff, but she’s still blocked on TikTok for now.”
The duo clashed early in the series after Jade spoke out about the fact that she had been secretly keeping the truth about the state of her marriage from her friend.
Explaining that her husband admitted to cheating on her with several women over the course of their marriage during episode three, Jade was in tears as she revealed that the couple had been keeping up appearances in public when, in reality, she had been sleeping on the couch in their home.
Chloe was immediately upset to discover that her friend had not only kept the truth from her, but had also decided to reveal it to her fellow agents Jessica Taylor and Jordan Hurt first.
‘Why don’t you call me and tell me something is going on? I want you to be okay,’ she saw Chloe say. “But then I get angry, to be honest. I get angry and resentful. Because it’s like you’re talking to everyone but me.’
Jade revealed her annoyance at the backlash in a confessional when she said: “My husband cheated on me and she finds a way to fix it herself.”
Although the pair appeared to have reconciled in the finale, Jade revealed that they were far from the close friends they once were.

The feisty commercial real estate strategist is seen clashing with her former friend on several occasions in the new Netflix reality series.
‘I still do press with her, creating content here and there. But they are small steps,” she stated. ‘Would you trust her? Do I trust her now? (She shrugs her shoulders). ‘
The brokerage, who has managed more than $650 million in luxury assets, explained that she was focused on putting “business first” and continued: “So, if That means making peace with someone I need to spend time with. I’ll make peace and we’ll move on. I’m not here to like it, start drama and cry about everything.
Jade made it clear that she holds no ill will towards Chloe and her family, stating: “I don’t have to be friends with everyone. I can be friendly and I can love her baby and I can want the best for her.
“But she’s not necessarily someone I would do business with personally.”
While some viewers might think that much of the show’s drama was staged for the cameras, Jade revealed that she had opted not to get involved in filming at some points during production.
The socialite explained to DailyMail.com: “She was trolling my TikTok. I don’t know why… she just got nasty, that’s why I blocked her.”
In the show, the pair clash over how Chloe behaved after Jade opened up about the secret breakdown of her marriage to ex-husband Matt Denham.
She explained: ‘I turned down scenes because I was so hurt by things with Chloe. It was hard, this was supposed to be one of my best friends. It was like you betrayed me before we started filming. You betrayed me while we were filming.
‘So now she’s someone I work with and I’ll be cordial with her. We’ll film content, you know, maybe we’ll be friends again, business first. I am always a business woman first and foremost.
