Mobile Camera and Lens Deals
Moment made a name for itself with its add-on lenses for mobile devices, which turn your phone into a more serious camera. Using professional-grade optics, Moment lenses greatly expand the capabilities of your phone’s camera, adding everything from portrait lenses to 10X macro lenses.
This is an open box deal, meaning it was a return, but never used. However, it means that it is not returnable. M series lenses are compatible with the iPhone 14, Pixel 7 and earlier generations. If you have a newer phone, you’ll want the T Series lens, which is not for sale. You will need a Case moment and flush mount for the system to work.
This is not an open agreement. If you want better portraits from your phone, this is the lens you are looking for. This is again an M series lens for iPhone 14, Pixel 7 and earlier generations. Don’t forget to take the case and the flush mount!
Another open offering is the M-series anamorphic lens. Moment says this one was inspired by JJ Abrams films, and it gives you that bright, slightly blue-tinted flame when you shoot at headlights, streetlights, or the Starship Enterprise as it takes off . If you have an iPhone 14, Pixel 7, or an older device, this is a pretty good deal. As with all these mobile lenses, you will need a case and flush mount to install it over your phone lenses.
If the lens above mimics JJ Abrams, I’d call it the Steven Spielberg look, with a nice golden flare and a wider, more cinematic 1.55X look. Like the others, this is an M series lens.
This isn’t an open-box deal either, but it’s good for my favorite mobile lens from Moment: the 10X macro. This lens will turn your old phone into a powerful close-up camera.
We’ve seen the Mini 12 occasionally drop around $10, but it’s still a good deal for our favorite budget Instax camera. It’s a capable and easy-to-use camera with a colorful, bubbly design. The Mini 12 uses a two-element plastic lens and there is no focusing. Everything is automatic exposure. If this camera had a motto it would be “Keep it simple.” One thing you’ll find here that’s missing from even the most expensive models is parallax correction. That means you don’t have to guess where the center of the frame is for close-up subjects.

The Rugged Sling from Moment is one of our favorite camera mounts. It has a nice modular organization system inside and the weather-resistant fabric is made from recycled sails. The clever magnetic clip system works very well and the larger 10 liter size (also on sale for $130) will work to transport a drone.
We like the stealthy look of the Everyday Backpack Zip, which doesn’t scream “camera bag” and therefore isn’t as tempting to thieves. You can access your camera by slinging the backpack around your shoulder facing forward. TO Peak Design Travel Tripod It fits nicely in the side pocket and the straps keep it secure.
We’ve called the Prvke V2 (pronounced “tease”) the perfect camera bag. There is a V3, but this offer is for V2. It’s well padded and pleasantly padded to protect your gear, and the waterproof outer canvas and 1680-denier Robic ballistic nylon materials have held up extremely well over time. We like the 31-liter version linked here, which can handle a considerable amount of gear, but the 21-liter version is also on sale for $131 ($96 off)and the The 41 liter version can be had for $207 ($50 off).
The Monterey is one of our favorite small slings, ideal for when you’re heading out with a point-and-shoot or action camera setup. You can use it as a shoulder bag, shoulder bag or waist bag, and it is comfortable in all three modes. The main compartment has a slim sleeve for storing an item next to the camera, and on the front there are two pockets with space for spare batteries or keys.
