Unfortunately, many gamers who opened their delivered Collector’s Editions of God of War Ragnarök yesterday with great anticipation did not find a game. Some were missing the download code for the game, others were missing the promised steelbook or download codes for the DLC.
That a lot went wrong when packing the expensive collector’s editions, is apparent from the many tweets. Some gamers were given two download codes for the game, but no code for the DLC.
A big miss from Sony, especially if your customers pay so much money and can’t even get started with the game. Several gamers took to Twitter to share their frustration. One unfortunate buyer even targeted an account to collect all complaints.
Below are just two of the examples:

A Twitter user says he contacted Sony customer service. Sony would investigate the matter and respond within 5 business days. All victims will therefore have to wait at least another 5 days to get started with God of War Ragnarök.
In Belgium, the launch also did not go as hoped. Thanks to the national day of action of the trade unions, no mail was distributed. As a result, many gamers who ordered God of War Ragnarök online have to wait longer.
