On Thursday, the actress, 29, took to her Instagram to post a video in which she addresses fans’ concerns about her dramatic weight loss and, despite the difficulty, is trying to get help.

In her first post, she began her video by stating that she was grateful for her fans’ concern and that she never intended to drop to a dangerous weight level.

She also wrote a brief message in the caption of her post to express that she felt “very blessed” to have found a center that would address her concerns.

‘I know a lot of you have been very worried about me on Instagram, and I’ve also been keeping up with my doctor and stuff like that, because I wasn’t trying to be like that. I wasn’t trying to be that skinny, I don’t want to be that skinny either.

The Daytime Emmy Award-winning actress added that she had difficulty finding a treatment center that would address her issues.

‘A lot of places for this in particular, for your body, only accept people under 26. So I will fly to a place in the country after searching with help, thank God, for a place to go,” she said.

However, Winters remained optimistic and said she was committed to adopting a healthier lifestyle through treatment.

“The good news is that I’m going to get back to normal so my body won’t hold me back anymore,” he said.

The Orville cast member shared a message on her account on Saturday letting her fans know that she had checked into her facility and was excited to start her treatment.

In the clip, the 13 Reasons Why star wore a tiny crop top, a low-rise mini skirt, and showed off her incredibly tight figure.

“(I) never had signs of weakness, (and I’ve) had a lot of energy and (I’ve felt) clear-headed,” he explained.

‘I learned that when malnutrition takes over, your mind can convince you that you’re fine, which felt… crazy because my body was maybe on its last leg of survival. I’m surprised. I honestly thought I knew my body better than this. But hey, I admit I was wrong,” she wrote.

The artist then added that she was “happy to be here” and was “on the path to my best self yet.”

Winters shared another update on her Instagram Story on Sunday, writing that she was glad to be able to take a step back from her home life and focus on her well-being.

The actress concluded another note by writing that she also had big plans for when she completed her treatment.

‘It’s definitely easy to keep busy here – getting everything ready to move out of my house in Los Angeles and work on my business in Bali. “I’m a busy boss…glad to be here on the fast track to my next venture that awaits me,” she wrote.
