Adrian ‘Mr Lambo’ Portelli caused a stir on The Block last year when he showed up in a yellow Lamborghini and made an aggressive bid on Omar and Oz’s house during the nail-biting finale.
But it appears this wasn’t the 34-year-old millionaire real estate investor’s first time on reality TV.
Footage has emerged of Portelli on Channel Seven reality TV show Highway Patrol being stopped by police for speeding.
In the clip, which went viral, Portelli is seen being stopped by a police officer after being caught driving 40 km/h over the speed limit.
Portelli’s traffic stop occurred after his license was already suspended, leading to his luxury BMW being impounded.

Footage has emerged of Portelli on Channel Seven reality TV show Highway Patrol being stopped by police for speeding. In the clip, which went viral, Portelli is seen being stopped by a police officer after being caught driving 40 km/h over the speed limit.
At one point in the sequence, a smiling Portelli readily admits his lack of judgment.
“What can you do, I’m wrong,” he said during the segment.
“There’s no point in arguing,” he continued.
Shared with Tic Tacthe video attracted more than 7,600 views and more than 130 comments, many in favor of the wealthy businessman.
“The attitude that made him a billionaire,” one fan wrote on Tik Tok.
“He’s a nice guy, he’s done a lot for people,” another fan added.
Another viewer exclaimed: “What a great attitude to have in life.”
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Portelli for further comment.
This comes as Portelli faces charges of reckless driving, failure to have proper control of a vehicle and driving in a manner that causes the vehicle to lose traction.
He allegedly drove carelessly in Diggers Rest, in Melbourne’s northwest, in December 2020.
Portelli appeared in Sunshine Magistrate Court on Oct. 4, where prosecutors offered to drop two of the three charges as part of a plea deal.
The wealthy businessman rejected the offer and said he would fight all three allegations “on principle.”
“No, I will not have to pay the fine, I would rather pay tens of thousands of dollars to lawyers and attorneys than accept a fine of a few hundred dollars,” he told reporters before the tribunal.
“They’re relatively small charges, it doesn’t really make sense to fight them but luckily I’m lucky enough to be able to fight them on principle.”
Portelli allegedly lost control of his car while crossing a roundabout.
He recently rose to fame when he had a crane lift a McLaren Senna sports car 57 stories into his $39 million penthouse in the Sapphire by the Gardens tower in Melbourne’s CBD.

Portelli also made headlines last year after an appearance on Channel Nine’s The Block when he placed a record bid on the house renovated by contestants Omar and Oz, but which led to accusations according to which it was a “dummy offer” aimed at driving up the price.
Reputedly worth $350 million, Portelli admitted last year that he had difficulty keeping track of his assets.
Interviewed on the Frankie Lee podcast, the entrepreneur admitted he didn’t know the scale of his ever-growing property portfolio.
The online promotions guru, whose combined businesses grossed $60 million last year, also said he has lost count of the number of luxury cars he owns.
