Once on the island, travelers can take the Quokka Coaches Island Explorer and get off at stop 18, then travel 400 meters to the beach.
Parakeet Bay is close to the town’s main housing estate, and many choose to take the scenic option and cycle the 12 minutes from the Thomson Bay settlement.
