Orange Is the New Black’s Lea DeLaria unleashed a profanity-laced rant against Donald Trump on Monday, during which she appeared to call on Joe Biden to assassinate him.
DeLaria’s statement came days after the Supreme Court ruled that the US president has immunity from prosecution for official acts in office, helping Trump’s chances in his latest re-election bid.
The actress who played inmate Carrie “Big Boo” Black on the hit Netflix show had some choice words as a result — though not for the Republican, but for Biden and the conservative-dominated court.
He called Associate Justice Clarence Thomas “Uncle Tom” and begged Biden to “take out” his rival, who has been in office for four years.
“I’m done. I’m done. Seriously, I’m done,” the 66-year-old actress begins in a video that prompted some commentators to accuse her of “domestic terrorism.” The post came about a year after DeLaria revealed he had secretly married his longtime girlfriend, Dalia Gladstone.

“The Supreme Court has me very, very pissed off right now. Very, very much,” he continued, appearing before his more than 1.1 million followers wearing sunglasses and a fitted Yankees cap.
“Joe, you’re a reasonable man. You don’t want to do this, but this is reality,” he adds, before outlining his self-proclaimed strategy.
“This is a fucking war. This is a war now. And we’re fighting for our fucking lives.”
“And these morons are going to take it away from me,” she continues, with tears in her eyes.
“They’re going to take it away from you.”
Growing increasingly animated and abrupt, she proclaims: “Fuck you, Clarence “Uncle” Thomas. Fuck you.”
“Joe, now you have the right to remove that bitch Trump,” he continues.
“Take it out, Joe. If I were Hitler and it was 1940, you’d take it out.”
Calling for action, he declares: ‘Well, this is Hitler and it’s 1940.
“Fuck him. Vote him out. Vote him out or they’ll blow us up.”
“Facts,” he says in parting.
“The Supreme Court has me very, very pissed off right now. Very, very much,” he continued, appearing before 1.1 million followers wearing sunglasses and a Yankees cap, with tears in his eyes.
“Joe, you have the right to get rid of that Trump bastard now,” he continues. “Get him out, Joe. If I was Hitler and it was 1940, you’d get rid of him.”
She called Associate Justice Clarence Thomas “Uncle Tom,” a derogatory term for a black man seen as overly obedient to whites. She was one of six who voted in favor of the recent ruling.
He also appeared to plead with President Joe Biden to “take out” his rival, who has been in office for four years.
In the clip, she is seen repeatedly insulting Trump and the Republican Party, calling them “anti-democratic morons” and “tyrants.”
In an accompanying caption, he continued his tirade against the former president, while challenging dissenters with different opinions.
She again curses Trump and the Republican Party, calling them “undemocratic imbeciles” and “tyrants.”
Ignoring that the same court had legalized same-sex marriage less than a decade earlier, he said, “It’s all-out war now. They will destroy us,” referring to the Republican Party.
“They just want power… Fuck them,” he wrote at one point.
“And if any of you morons want to threaten to kill me like you’ve been doing my entire life, go ahead, bitch,” she added.
“I’m Sicilian, I know how to play that game.”
The argumentative post quickly drew backlash, with commentators calling the second-rate actor’s rhetoric not only divisive but dangerous.
“Shouldn’t violent content like this be removed?” one person asked.
Another person attempted to tag the FBI, writing: “She is inciting violent acts against a former sitting president.”
“If anyone else said that, I’d get a visit!” that person added.
Commentators were quick to accuse her of “domestic terrorism,” with one asking if she was calling for the assassination of a former president.
DeLaria, seen here at last year’s Lesbian March in New York, did not answer those questions.
The post came about a year after DeLaria revealed he had secretly married his longtime girlfriend, Dalia Gladstone, a former receptionist who also lives in New York City.
Ignoring how the same court had legalized same-sex marriage less than a decade earlier, he said, “Now it’s all-out war. They will destroy us,” referring to the Republican Party.
Others went so far as to accuse DeLaria of domestic terrorism, with one person writing: “Are you calling for the assassination of a former president?”
Another critic also said: “This sounds threatening and damaging to a former president. Is this legal? Wouldn’t it be domestic terrorism?”
DeLaria did not respond to those questions.
Since starring in Orange Is The New Black, she has had several supporting roles on shows like Awkwafina is Nora from Queens. Most have been one-off roles.
In April of last year, he married his long-time girlfriend, Gladstone, a former receptionist who also lives in New York City.
Breaking the news to Page Six at the time, she said the marriage was “no big deal.”
In June 2015, the U.S. Supreme Court struck down all state bans on same-sex marriage, legalized it in all fifty states, and required states to honor same-sex marriage licenses issued out-of-state.
