The blonde beauty, 26, is the sister of One Direction star Louis, who sadly lost bandmate Liam Payne last week after falling from a hotel balcony in Argentina.
After a tough week for her family, pregnant Lottie showed off her growing baby bump dressed all in black before welcoming her second child.
Just before her red carpet appearance, Lottie paid sweet tribute to Liam writing on her Instagram Story: “Rest in peace Liam, you were loved by so many and you will be sorely missed.” Sending lots of love to you all x.’
She then shared a sweet photo of her brother Louis and Liam smiling together at an event.

Lottie accessorized with statement gold earrings and wore her long blonde tresses in loose waves over her shoulders as she opted for a glamorous makeup look.
Beside her, Lewis was there supporting her and looked dapper in a dark blue suit and white shirt.
The couple seemed a little dejected after what would have been a difficult week following Liam’s death.

One Direction, who became Britain’s biggest pop group since The Beatles, consisted of Liam, Harry Styles, 30, Niall Horan, 31, Zayn Malik, 31, and Louis, 32.
Following Liam’s tragic death, Louis shared a heartbreaking tribute to his bandmate.
In a statement shared on Instagram, Louis said he was “beyond devastated” by his friend’s death and said he will “always be an uncle” to the late singer’s eight-year-old son, Bear.

‘I am beyond devastated to write this, but yesterday I lost a brother. Liam was someone I looked up to every day, a very positive, fun and kind soul.
‘I first met Liam when he was 16 and I was 18, his voice instantly surprised me but, more importantly, as time went on I got the chance to see the kind brother I had longed for all my life.
“Liam was an incredible songwriter with a great sense of melody, we often talked about going back into the studio together to try to recreate the writing chemistry we had built in the band.
And for the record, Liam was, in my opinion, the most vital part of One Direction. His experience since childhood, his perfect tone, his stage presence, his gift for writing. The list goes on. Thank you for molding us Liam.
‘A message for you, Liam, if you’re listening: I feel beyond lucky to have had you in my life, but I’m really struggling with the idea of saying goodbye.
“I’m so grateful that we’ve gotten even closer since we formed the band, talking on the phone for hours, remembering the thousands of incredible memories we had together is a luxury I thought I’d have with you for life.”
“I would have loved to share the stage with you again but it didn’t happen that way.
‘I want you to know that if Bear ever needs me, I will be the uncle he needs in his life and tell him stories of how wonderful his father was.

Louis shared the touching post alongside a photo of him and Liam performing together in 2015, before One Direction announced their hiatus the following year.
The annual Pride Of Britain Awards return for their 25th edition, with Ashley Banjo and Carol Vorderman returning as co-presenters.
Sam Thompson and Pete Wicks will be on hand to host the red carpet, while GK Barry will host online content in his own bar during the event.
The ceremony, which has taken place since 1999, honors the achievements of truly remarkable people from across the UK and from all walks of life, nominated by members of the public.
After a shortlist has been drawn up from thousands of entries, Pride of Britain’s panel of judges chooses the winners.
Before the ceremony, the King and Prime Minister Keir Starmer led tributes to the nation’s unsung heroes.
The King called them “the best” of us, while Sir Keir said: “They embody all that is good about Britain.”
King Charles’ words were included in a letter addressed to King’s Trust Young Achiever winner Molly Leonard, whose grandmother shed tears of pride as it was read to her.
As well as praising Molly, he wrote: ‘On this 25th anniversary of the Pride of Britain Awards, I send my warmest admiration to all of this year’s winners. Each of you represents the best of our society.
