One Day fever has hit as TikTokers rush to the Netflix sensation’s filming locations and a small London cafe she hosts for 10 seconds has seen endless queues of fans.

Heartthrob Leo Woodall’s character Dexter Mayhew briefly appears working behind the counter at La Maison in London’s Highbury during the penultimate episode of the 14-part series.

The owner of the independent cafe told the Daily Mail: “We’ve seen a huge effect on customer numbers over the weekend and also on social media as it’s been a big hit on Netflix.”

Despite the ten-second scene and the shop being listed as ‘Café Belleville’ on the show, fans figured out its real location and the site has become a TikToker hotspot since it aired two weeks ago .

Based on the best-selling 2009 novel by David Nicholls, in each installment of the 14-part series, Emma (Ambika Mod) and Dexter (Leo Woodall) meet on July 15 of every year since 1988.

Loving fans of TikTok have now planned to gather at the Highbury cafe on this date to commemorate the show which has racked up more than 15 million views worldwide.

Under a video of the cafe, one person wrote: “July 15th will be a big day for this cafe, we should all meet there.”

Another replied: “Just booked to come to London to visit this cafe.”

Beneath a ‘One Day Edinburgh Filming Locations’ video telling fans “You must take a selfie here”, the comments section was flooded with viewers promising to visit.

One person wrote: ‘So we’re all meeting up in Edinburgh on July 15th?’ I’m coming for you Arthur’s Seat.’

The video, titled ‘Save these places to trace Em and Dex’s London history’, reveals that Loco Caliente, the Mexican restaurant, is the Old Suffolk Punch in Hammersmith, west London.
