Shayna and Joel celebrated their eighth anniversary as a couple in April.
This exciting announcement comes after Shayna celebrated some huge wins at the recent Paris Olympics.
The Brisbane-born swimmer won two gold medals in freestyle at the recent event.

Unfortunately, Joel did not qualify for the 2024 Olympics, but he previously won gold in 2017 at the prestigious field hockey event, the Sultan of Johor Cup.
In an interview last month in Paris, Shayna insisted she was hungrier than ever to compete in future Olympics.
“I definitely have that motivation to come back in four years,” he said.
‘For me, this is just the beginning. This is my chapter of redemption and I hope there is more to come and more stories to tell.
