And on Wednesday, Olympia gave insight into how she and Thomas were spending their first Christmas with their newborn son.

The former Neighbors star took to Instagram to share an adorable Christmas Day photo of her and Thomas as they sweetly cuddled baby Billy.

Olympia cut an elegant figure in a light blue collared shirt dress with cut-out details, which she paired with a pair of chunky gold earrings.

She looked every inch the doting mother as she cradled Billy in her arms while her baby looked like her mini-me in an adorable matching blue striped onesie.

‘I have been as open and honest as I could about our struggle with infertility and I truly believed that this day was not going to be possible for us.

“So when I saw this positive pregnancy test, I have to admit that I didn’t jump for joy at that moment.

‘I was full of fear because that’s all I’ve ever known. But as the weeks went by it was hard to wipe the smile off our faces.’

They highlighted their enthusiasm for starting a family and thanked their followers who supported them during their “darkest days.”

‘To the little one we never thought we would meet, we can’t wait to hold you in our arms. You were worth every tear, every setback and every prayer,’ he continued.

‘To all the people who supported us during the darkest days, thank you. I know I wouldn’t have gotten to this point without the strength of my family and friends who managed to hold me up when I was falling apart.’

In May, the former soap star told how the long IVF process had left her exhausted and she hit a low point after a tragic miscarriage.

“My body was exhausted and my mind was exhausted,” he said in an interview with The daily telegraph.

“Adding more hormones to my raging cycle scares the hell out of me,” she confessed, but said she wasn’t seeing a fertility specialist.

“I want babies and I will do everything in my power to get them,” Olimpia concluded.

Olympia, who rose to fame when she joined Neighbors as Paige Smith in 2014, got engaged to Tom in October 2021.

The couple finally tied the knot in a romantic ceremony in June 2022 when the couple exchanged vows in front of 250 family and friends in Daylesford, Victoria.
