Ponton shared that scheduling FaceTime moments with your partner can be helpful in long-distance relationships, while reiterating that the situations aren’t entirely ideal.

‘I don’t recommend it, but it is also unavoidable in certain situations.’

Cooper also asked her if being in a long-distance relationship makes it harder to live in the present moment.

‘1000 percent yes. I’m sure you’re constantly busy: my screen time was probably double when I was in a long-distance relationship,” she said.

Ponton, who has also lived in Los Angeles and travels often for work, also said the specific distance involved in a long-distance romance matters.

She did not mention the Bengals quarterback by name during the interview, and it was not clear if she is currently in a relationship.

However, she did give a possible clue about her relationship status in an interview published last week Cosmopolitan.

Speaking afterward about the burglary of his home, Burrow said his “privacy has been violated in more ways than one.”

Burrow told reporters on Wednesday: “… there’s already a lot more available than I would like and I’d like to share that.”

Burrow was visibly upset as he answered questions about the incident, and declined to comment further when asked if he was concerned about the safety of his home.
