Olivia Newton-John’s widower John Easterling is selling the California ranch where the late star spent her final days.
The Australian music icon died at the age of 73 at her home in Santa Ynez on August 8, 2022, after a 20-year battle with breast cancer.
Olivia bought the four-bedroom, five-bathroom home in 2015 for $4.69 million (approximately AU$6.7 million).
The property, built in 1975, stretches across 12 acres near the Santa Ynez River and includes a guest house, pool, barn and horse stables.
Easterling has decided to sell the house for an asking price of $8.965 million (approximately AU$13.57 million), reports People.

“Indian Way Ranch in Santa Ynez is a spectacular property where I can see a new family having great adventures in nature and enjoying the experience of life,” he added.
He list for the house it says: ‘This private 12+ acre estate is built to the highest level of quality and sophistication, located on one of the rare parcels facing the Santa Ynez River.’
The property’s main house has a total of four bedrooms and five bathrooms, while the guest house has two bedrooms.

But the property was eventually taken off the market when the artist decided to spend her last days in the house.
