Olivia Newton-John to sell her Byron Bay wellness resort Gaia after being named global hotel of the year

Olivia Newton-John sells her famous Gaia retreat in Byron Bay just months after it won the World Luxury Hotel Awards.

The 72-year-old entertainer announced in a statement that she was ready to ‘pass the baton’ to new owners.

‘We’ve won so many humbling and excellent awards, and we’ve decided it’s time to’ pass the baton ‘to new admins so they can continue our positive message that Gaia is’ your time out to reconnect you , to breathe and surrender, ”she said.
