Olivia Munn wowed as she made her first red carpet appearance since bravely announcing her battle with breast cancer in March.
The appearance marks Olivia’s first time back on the red carpet since she bravely shared that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer last year and had undergone a double mastectomy.
The last time Olivia attended a public event was for the 2024 Academy Awards, which came just days before she revealed her diagnosis.
Olivia revealed in March this year that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer in April 2023 and has since undergone four surgeries, including a double mastectomy, with the treatment leading to medically induced menopause.
In a recent interview with Fashionrevealed that she had also undergone her fifth surgery: a hysterectomy.
‘Now I have had an oophorectomy and a hysterectomy. “I took out my uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries,” Munn told Vogue in a Mother’s Day profile.
She said Good morning america last month: ‘Cancer is… that’s the word you don’t want to hear.’
“There are a lot of other things you feel like you can beat, but you know cancer kills a lot of people.” And I just thought about my baby.’
Olivia was referring to her two-year-old son Malcolm, who she shares with fellow comedian John Mulaney, 41.

Guests at the Chanel event also included Trevor Noah.
He added about why he wanted to ‘document’ his cancer journey: ‘Well, because if I didn’t make it, I wanted my son to know when he grew up that I fought to be here. That I did the best I could.
‘You want the people in your life… you want the people who may not understand what’s going on to know that you did everything you could to be here.’
Olivia also told how part of the treatment for her ‘luminal B’ cancer was to suppress the production of hormones that cause it to grow, which led to a medically induced menopause that prevented her from spending time with her son.
He added: ‘Hormone suppression therapy is brutal and gave me next-level debilitating exhaustion.
“I was in bed all day, all day, and my quality of life was so minimal that I couldn’t be there for my baby.

She attended the 2024 Vanity Fair Oscar Party with her partner John Mulaney.
“Every time Malcolm came into the house, he would run straight to my bed because that’s where he knows I am, like that’s what he associated with me.
And that was too difficult for me. I had to find out if there was another option.
Olivia decided to have a hysterectomy and oophorectomy, but wanted to retrieve eggs before the surgeries so she and John could still have the option of having more children.
He added: ‘John and I had a long conversation about it. We realized we weren’t done growing our family yet.
“That’s a scary process because I have a cancer that feeds on hormones, so I knew there was a risk and our doctor said, ‘Look, we’ll get you one and then we’ll call him.’
‘And then our doctor called and said, ‘Hey, we have the results.’ They are two healthy embryos, and I… I mean, we both started crying, crying.
