The 30-year-old reality TV star shared the happy news on Instagram Friday afternoon, writing “4.2.23” in her caption.
The footage shows the former beauty queen – who posed in a swimsuit on Thursday – accepting a proposal from her soccer boyfriend of four years, 26-year-old Christian McCaffrey of the San Francisco 49ers.
He got down on one knee as he handed her a large diamond engagement ring while they were vacationing at the Amangiri resort in Utah. White flowers in tall vases could be seen in the background.
They have been dating since May 2019.

Christian – who was born Jackson McCaffrey – is an American football running back for the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League.
He played college football at Stanford and was drafted by the Carolina Panthers eighth overall in the 2017 NFL Draft.
Last week, Olivia was spotted in Mexico with Christian. They enjoyed the warm weather during their seaside holiday while spending time on a yacht and also playing a round of golf.
And on Thursday, she shared pinup swimsuit photos of herself posing at the Utah resort.
This comes after she said she feels pressured to have children ‘as soon as possible’. The model has been diagnosed with endometriosis – which can cause fertility problems – and Olivia admits she’s worried [her] timeline.’

She said: “He is totally and completely focused on football and he should be.
“He’s 25. He’s not ready to have kids yet. When you add up all these fertility issues, it sure is very, very stressful.”
